Pasta With Tomato And Basil
Ingredients
- 14 medium plum tomatoes
- 2 handfuls fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 12 lb Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 10 oz fusilli corkscrew macaroni
Directions
- Chop basil leaves
- Mince garlic
- Shred cheese
- Drop tomatoes in boiling water for about 10 seconds
- Peel and chop tomatoes Mix tomatoes basil garlic and cheese with oil let stand in covered bowl at room temperature for at least 3 hours
- Cook pasta and drain
- Add tomatoes to hot pasta and mix well
- Serve warm
