Pastry

Ingredients
- 1 c shortening
- 23 c boiling water
- 3 c flour
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Pour boiling water over shortening
- Stir well
- Sift in dry ingredients and stir until nothing sticks to bowl
- May be chilled in a large ball or divided into smaller ones
- Wrap in foil before chilling
- Keeps well in refrigerator
- Roll to desired size for pie
