PatS Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes
- 1 4 oz can green chili peppers drained and seeded
- 12 tsp ground coriander may use paprika
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 c chopped cooked chicken
- 1 3 oz pkg soft cream cheese
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- Place tomatoes chili peppers coriander and salt in blender blend until smooth
- Add sour cream and blend
- Set aside
- Mix chicken cream cheese and onion also salt to taste if desired
