PatS Soy Ginger Glaze

Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 4-inch piece grated ginger
- 2 c soy sauce
- 2 c water
- 2 c sugar
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in heavy saucepan Mix well
- Heat on low 1 hour
- Mix cornstarch with small amount of water to make a paste
- Stir into mixture
- Heat on low for 20 minutes
- Can be made 5 days in advance
- When reheating do not boil
- Great on chicken or fish
- Brush on while grilling
