PatsyS Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 20 Ritz crackers crumbled
- 3 egg whites
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
- whipped cream
Directions
- Beat egg whites until stiff
- Add baking powder and sugar to egg whites
- Add nuts and crackers
- Mix together
- Pour into greased pie pan
- Bake at 325 for 20 to 30 minutes
- Set and let cool then put Cool Whip or whipped cream on top
