Paul Newman Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 bottle Paul Newman dressing
• 1 pkg boneless chicken
• Italian bread crumbs
• Pam spray

Directions

1. Clean chicken and marinate several hours in dressing
2. Preheat oven to 400
3. Put bread crumbs in plastic bag and shake chicken generously in crumbs
4. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with Pam
5. Place chicken in pan
6. Cook for 1 hour uncovered turning once
7. If chicken appears to be cooking too fast turn oven down to 350 for the last 15 or 20 minutes
8. This dish is great hot or cold
