PaulS Favorite Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c softened margarine
• 3 c powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 14 tsp almond extract
• 5 c flour
• 2 tsp soda
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• sugar

Directions

1. Mix margarine powdered sugar eggs vanilla and almond extract until thoroughly mixed up
2. Add flour soda and cream of tartar Cover and chill overnight
3. Set oven to 375
4. Divide dough
5. Roll each part of dough to about 316-inch thick on a floured cloth covered board
6. Cut into desired shapes sprinkle with sugar
7. Put on baking sheet
8. Bake about 7 minutes or until they are light brown
