PavlovaAustralian Meringue Dessert

Ingredients

• 6 egg whites
• 1 14 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 pt whipping cream
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• assorted sliced fruits kiwi strawberries raspberries blueberries

Directions

1. Whip egg whites to soft peaks
2. Add sugar one tablespoon at a time whipping 5 to 10 minutes until firm peaks form
3. Lower speed and fold in vinegar and cornstarch for 1 minute
4. Grease pizza pan
5. Cut brown paper to fit and grease that also
6. Mound and round edges with spatula not coming near the edges
