Pea-Goulash
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger best to use ground chuck
- 1 can baby peas
- 6 to 8 potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 4 to 5 American cheese slices may substitute other cheese
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
Directions
- Brown hamburger
- Remove from pan set aside
- Add oil to hamburger grease
- Fry potatoes and onion in grease
- Add hamburger when potatoes are tender
- Pour 1 can peas with juice over hamburger mixture
- Top with cheese
- Cook on low until cheese is melted
- Kids love this when cold outside
