Pea Soup

Ingredients
- 1 bag dry peas
- 1 onion medium
- 3 potatoes diced
- 4 carrots drained
- leftover ham
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash and sort peas
- Boil in enough water to cover peas for 20 minutes
- Let stand for 20 more minutes and drain
- Fill pot with fresh water
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer until desired consistency
