Peach-Glazed Chicken With Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can sliced peaches
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 18 tsp allspice
- 3 c Stove Top stuffing chicken flavor
Directions
- Drain peaches reserving syrup
- Add water to make 1 cup
- Set aside
- Brown chicken in hot oil in skillet
- Add water-syrup mixture margarine sugar vinegar and allspice
- Bring to boil cover
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes
- Stir in stuffing mix and peaches remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes
- Makes 4 servings
