Peach Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 12 c coconut
  • 1 large can sliced peaches drained
  • 12 c sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Cut butter into cake mix
  2. Mix with coconut
  3. Pack moderately into a 13 x 9-inch pan
  4. Spray pan with Pam Bake for 10 minutes at 350
  5. Arrange peaches on top
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on peaches
  7. Mix egg into sour cream drizzle over peaches
  8. Bake for 25 minutes at 350
  9. Do not overbake
