Peach Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 34 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 3 14 oz pkg regular vanilla pudding
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 1 egg
- 12 c milk
- 15 oz can sliced peaches
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp reserved peach syrup
Directions
- Drain peaches
- Reserve 3 tablespoons of syrup
- Blot peaches with paper towel
- Beat first 6 ingredients until smooth
- Pour into greased pie pan
- Arrange sliced peaches on top of batter mix
