Peach Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 34 c sugar
- 14 c all-purpose flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp grated nutmeg
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 3 c peeled sliced peaches
- 1 c whipping cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Prick pie shell with fork
- Bake 10 minutes
- Set aside to cool
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix together the sugar flour salt nutmeg and cinnamon in a large bowl
- Add peaches and toss gently Spoon mixture into pie shell
- Pour whipping cream on top
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes
- Let cool to room temperature
- Serve with whipping cream
