Peach Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • pastry for a 9-inch pie pan
  • 5 or 6 peaches sliced or halved
  • 34 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 23 c half and half
  • 3 drops almond flavoring
  • 12 tsp salt
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Line pie pan with pastry Put peaches in pie crust canned peaches may be used instead of fresh
  2. Mix sugar and flour and add salt
  3. Blend in half and half and almond flavoring
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  5. Bake in 425 oven for 45 minutes
