Peach Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 34 c sugar
  • 14 c all-purpose flour
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 14 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 c peeled sliced peaches
  • 1 c whipping cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Prick pie shell with fork
  3. Bake 10 minutes
  4. Set aside to cool
  5. Preheat oven to 400
  6. Mix together the sugar flour salt nutmeg and cinnamon in a large bowl
  7. Add peaches and toss gently Spoon mixture into pie shell
  8. Pour whipping cream on top
  9. Bake 40 to 45 minutes
  10. Let cool to room temperature
  11. Serve with whipping cream
