Peach Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 c mashed peaches or other fruit
- 12 c sugar
- fresh milk
- ice cream salt
- ice
Directions
- Mash peaches and add 12 cup sugar set aside 12 hour
- Beat eggs until fluffy Add sugar milk and vanilla Beat until sugar is melted Add fruit
- Place in churn Add enough fresh milk to bring contents to fill line of churn
- Pack ice around churn until 12 full
- Pour ice cream salt on ice
- Finish filling churn bucket with ice and more salt Dont let salty water come over lid of churn
- Churn until firm
- Let sit 20 minutes before serving
