Peach Kuchen

Ingredients

• 12 c butter
• 2 c flour
• 14 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 78 c sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 c sour cream
• 3 large peaches

Directions

1. Mix butter flour baking powder salt and 2 tablespoons sugar with pastry cutter until like corn meal Save 1 cup of this for topping
2. Pat the rest into the bottom of an 8-inch square pan Place peaches cut into slices over crust Sprinkle with 78 cup sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon Bake 20 minutes at 400 Mix egg yolks and sour cream
3. Pour over kuchen and bake 30 minutes more
4. Cool
5. Good warm or cold
