Peach Macaroon Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 c whipping cream
• 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 c crushed macaroon cookie crumbs about 6 macaroons
• 1 c pureed or mashed peaches
• 1 tsp almond extract

Directions

1. Whip whipping cream
2. In a large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk crumbs peaches and extract
3. Fold in whipped cream
4. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan
5. Cover
6. Freeze 6 hours or until firm
