Peach Macaroon Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 c whipping cream
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c crushed macaroon cookie crumbs about 6 macaroons
- 1 c pureed or mashed peaches
- 1 tsp almond extract
Directions
- Whip whipping cream
- In a large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk crumbs peaches and extract
- Fold in whipped cream
- Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan
- Cover
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm
