Peach Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 6 oz jar baby food peaches
• 1 tsp soda
• 10 Tbsp butter softened
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 14 c flour
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease muffin tins for 12 muffins Stir baking soda into peaches they will foam up
3. Cream butter and sugar
4. When smooth add eggs one at a time
5. Alternately add flour and peaches then salt and vanilla
6. Fill each cup nearly to the top
7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes
