Peach Tart

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar rounded
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 10 Tbsp cream or condensed milk
- 2 c sliced peaches
- butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Mix eggs sugar flour and cream
- Pour the mixture over peach slices which have been arranged in the bottom of the pie shell
- Dot the top of the tart with butter Bake for 10 minutes at 425 reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes more
