Peach Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar rounded
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 10 Tbsp cream or condensed milk
  • 2 c sliced peaches
  • butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Mix eggs sugar flour and cream
  3. Pour the mixture over peach slices which have been arranged in the bottom of the pie shell
  4. Dot the top of the tart with butter Bake for 10 minutes at 425 reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes more
