Peaches-N-Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 34 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 small box regular vanilla pudding mix
- 12 c milk
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 4 to 5 fresh peaches
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 3 tsp peach or lemon juice
- 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp sugar and cinnamon
Directions
- Blend first seven ingredients for two minutes
- Put into greased 9 or 10-inch pie plate
- Arrange peach slices on top Blend cream cheese juice and 12 cup sugar together
- Beat until creamy and place in center of peaches spread out to about 1 inch from edge of pie plate
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Can be served warm or cold
