Peaches-N-Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 34 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 small box regular vanilla pudding mix
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 4 to 5 fresh peaches
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 3 tsp peach or lemon juice
  • 12 c sugar
  • 1 tsp sugar and cinnamon

Directions

  1. Blend first seven ingredients for two minutes
  2. Put into greased 9 or 10-inch pie plate
  3. Arrange peach slices on top Blend cream cheese juice and 12 cup sugar together
  4. Beat until creamy and place in center of peaches spread out to about 1 inch from edge of pie plate
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  7. Can be served warm or cold
