Peaches  Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 lg can peaches strained reserve juice
  • 34 c flour
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 c and 1 Tbsp sugar divided into 12 c measurements
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 Tbsp peach juice
  • 12 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. In bowl combine flour milk 12 c sugar baking powder vanilla egg and cook and serve pudding together
  2. Mix well and pour into a 10-inch deep dish pie pan or 8x8-inch square sprayed with non-stick spray
  3. Place peaches over the batter
  4. In a small bowl beat well cream cheese peach juice and 12 c sugar Drop by large spoonfuls over the peaches as evenly as possible Spread out over the peaches as evenly as possible keeping at least 1 inch from the sides
  5. In small bowl mix together 1 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon
  6. Sprinkle over the top
  7. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
