Peaches And Cream Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 34 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 3 14oz box vanilla pudding not instant
- 3 Tbsp soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1 8oz soft cream cheese
- 12 c sugar
- 1 can sliced peaches
- 3 Tbsp peach juice saved from can
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 12 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Beat flour baking powder soda pudding butter and egg for 2 minutes at medium speed then pour into 8-inch deep dish or 10 pie pan
- Drain the can of peaches saving juice
- Put peaches on top of mixture in pan
- Beat cream cheese sugar and peach juice Spoon onto the top of peaches within 1 of edge
- Mix 1 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon sprinkle over cheese mixture
- Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown - filling appears soft
- Keep refrigerated
