Peaches And Cream Dessert

Ingredients

• 34 c plain flour
• 1 small vanilla pudding mix not instant
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 beaten egg
• 12 c milk
• 3 Tbsp margarine melted
• 16 oz can peach slices
• 8 oz cream cheese soft
• 12 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 12 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Stir together flour pudding mix and baking powder
2. Combine egg milk and margarine
3. Add to dry ingredients
4. Mix well Spread in greased 8-inch baking pan
5. Drain peaches reserving 13 cup liquid
6. Chop peaches sprinkle on top of batter
7. Beat together the cream cheese 12 cup sugar and reserved peach liquid
8. Pour on top of peaches in pan
9. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon sprinkle over all
10. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
11. Cool in refrigerator
