Peaches And Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 small pkg vanilla pudding not instant
- 34 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp soft butter
- 1 egg
- 12 c milk
- 16 oz can sliced peaches
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Grease and flour a 9-inch pie plate
- Mix the first 7 ingredients together and put in pie plate
- Drain sliced peaches reserve syrup
- Spread peaches on top of the batter
- Cream together the cream cheese 12 cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons peach syrup
- Spread over peaches
- Mix together 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon sprinkle on top
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
