Peaches And Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg vanilla pudding not instant
  • 34 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 12 c milk
  • 16 oz can sliced peaches
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 12 c sugar
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Directions

  1. Grease and flour a 9-inch pie plate
  2. Mix the first 7 ingredients together and put in pie plate
  3. Drain sliced peaches reserve syrup
  4. Spread peaches on top of the batter
  5. Cream together the cream cheese 12 cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons peach syrup
  6. Spread over peaches
  7. Mix together 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon sprinkle on top
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
