Peaches N Cheese Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 34 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 small pkg vanilla pudding
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 12 c milk
- 1 15 oz can sliced peaches save juice
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp peach juice
Directions
- Beat the first 7 ingredients 2 minutes Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan Drain the peaches and save juice
- Lay peaches on top of batter Beat the cream cheese sugar and peach juice for 2 minutes
- Spoon on top of peaches
- Leave a 1-inch margin Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350
