Peaches N Cheese Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 34 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 small pkg vanilla pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp margarine
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 15 oz can sliced peaches save juice
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp peach juice

Directions

  1. Beat the first 7 ingredients 2 minutes Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan Drain the peaches and save juice
  2. Lay peaches on top of batter Beat the cream cheese sugar and peach juice for 2 minutes
  3. Spoon on top of peaches
  4. Leave a 1-inch margin Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350
