Peaches N Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 34 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg dry vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 Tbsp butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 12 c milk
  • 30 oz can sliced peaches
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 12 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp reserved juice
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 12 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine flour baking powder salt dry pudding mix softened butter egg and milk
  2. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer
  3. Spread in prepared pan
  4. Drain peaches reserving juice
  5. Place peaches over batter
  6. Combine cream cheese sugar and 3 tablespoons of reserved juice
  7. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
  8. Spoon to within 1-inch of edge of batter Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and the cinnamon
  9. Sprinkle over cream cheese filling
  10. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden brown
  11. Filling will appear soft
  12. Store in refrigerator
