Peachy Angel Food Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 prepared angel food cake
- 2 13 oz envelopes whipped topping mix
- 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 c confectioners sugar
- 1 21 oz can peach or cherry pie filling
Directions
- Tear cake into bite size pieces set aside
- Prepare whipped topping according to package directions set aside
- In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and confectioners sugar
- Fold in whipped topping
- Add cake pieces stir gently to coat evenly Spoon into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
- Top with pie filling Chill until ready to serve
- Yields 12 servings
