Peachy Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 1 lb beef stew meat
• 1 16 oz can tomato sauce
• 2 c water
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 4 carrots
• 4 potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 16 oz can sliced peaches do not drain

Directions

1. Brown meat on all sides strain meat fat
2. In saucepan stir together tomato sauce water and salt
3. Add stew meat
4. Bring to a boil place lid on pan
5. Simmer on low heat for 1 12 hours stirring occasionally
6. Add vegetables cover and cook 30 minutes more
7. Add peaches and liquid to stew
8. Cover and cook 10 minutes more
9. Makes 6 servings
