Peachy Dessert Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 14 c water
  • 2 Tbsp apricot jam or preserves
  • 12 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 12 tsp sugar
  • 34 c sliced fresh or canned peaches
  • vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. In small saucepan mix cornstarch and water
  2. Add the jam lemon juice and sugar
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes reduce heat
  5. Add peaches and heat through
  6. Serve warm over ice cream
