Peanut Butter And Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 c sugar
• 12 c shortening
• 12 tsp baking soda
• pinch of salt
• 1 34 c flour all-purpose
• 1 pkg chocolate chips small
• 12 pkg peanut butter chips small

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375
2. Mix shortening sugar butter egg and vanilla in a bowl
3. Stir in flour baking soda and salt
4. Add chocolate chips and peanut butter chips
5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets
6. Bake about 10 to 13 minutes or until cookies are golden
7. Cool
