Peanut Butter And Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 c butter softened
• 34 c sugar
• 23 c brown sugar
• 2 egg whites
• 1 14 c chunky peanut butter
• 1 12 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 c all-purpose flour
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 14 tsp salt
• 5 21 oz chocolate covered crispy peanut butter candy bars cut into 12-inch pieces

Directions

1. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy gradually add sugar and brown sugar beating well
2. Add egg whites beating well
3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla set aside
