Peanut Butter And Chocolate Kisses Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 c butter room temperature
• 12 c peanut butter
• 34 c brown sugar
• 14 c granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 34 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 48 milk chocolate candy kisses unwrapped

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In bowl beat the butter peanut butter brown sugar 14 cup granulated sugar egg vanilla and salt until fluffy
3. Add flour and baking soda beat until thoroughly blended
4. Shape dough into 48 balls using a rounded teaspoonful for each
5. Roll balls into 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
6. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets
7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden
8. Immediately top each cookie with a candy kiss carefully pressing down firmly
9. Remove cookies from baking sheets
10. Cool on racks
11. Makes 48 1 34-inch cookies
