Peanut Butter And Jelly Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 c peanut butter
• 14 c margarine
• 14 c water
• 2 eggs
• 1 14 c chopped peanuts
• 1 c jelly or preserves

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Mix about half the cake mix the peanut butter margarine water and eggs in a large bowl until smooth Stir in remaining cake mix
3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls
4. Roll balls in chopped peanuts
5. Place about 3 inches apart on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam
6. Press thumbprint deeply in center of each ball
7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes
8. Cool
9. Fill thumbprints with jelly Makes about 6 dozen
