Peanut Butter And Walnut Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 1 12 Tbsp cocoa
- dash of salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 lb jar smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 c chopped black walnuts
Directions
- Mix sugar cocoa salt and 34 can of milk well
- Cook over medium heat to boiling
- Continue boiling until when by dropping in a small glass of cold water beads form in glass
- Remove from heat
- Stir in margarine peanut butter and nuts
- Stir and beat until mixture starts to thicken
- Pour onto well buttered cookie sheet
- Cut into squares when cool
