Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1 34 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 c peanut butter
• 12 c brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 c Crisco
• 12 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp milk

Directions

1. Sift flour soda and salt set aside
2. Cream Crisco peanut butter sugar and brown sugar
3. Add milk egg and vanilla
4. Add dry ingredients to mixture
5. Shape into balls
6. Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet
7. Press down with fork
8. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes
9. Makes 3 dozen cookies
