Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients

• 1 14 c flour
• 1 14 tsp baking soda
• 1 14 tsp salt
• 1 c peanut butter
• 14 c margarine softened
• 1 14 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 14 c buttermilk
• 1 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Sift flour soda and salt
2. Cream together peanut butter and margarine
3. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy
4. Add eggs and vanilla and beat
5. Add flour mixture and buttermilk a little at a time alternating stirring after each addition
6. Pour into pan
7. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
8. Cool and frost
