Peanut Butter Chewies

Ingredients

• 1 c peanut butter
• 1 c corn syrup honey may be substituted
• 2 c dry milk granules
• 1 c coconut flakes optional

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl stir then finish mixing by hand
2. Pat into wax paper-lined greased 8 x 8-inch pan or roll into a rope
3. Refrigerate
4. Slice and enjoy
