Peanut Butter Chocolate Candy Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c peanut butter
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 1 lb box confectioners sugar
- 1 c crushed graham crackers
- 1 12 oz bag chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Put into a well-greased cookie sheet
- Press into pan with wooden spoon
- Top with melted chocolate chips
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes
- Remove and slice into 2 x 2-inch squares
- Leave in pan and put back in refrigerator
- Serve cold
