Peanut Butter Chocolate Centered Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 cup margarine or butter
• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• 34 cup sugar
• 34 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Chocolate Candy Kisses
• 2 - 12 cups unsifted flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Mix first six ingredients together until fluffy
2. Separately mix the flour soda baking powder and salt
3. Then add these to the first six ingredients
4. Mix well
5. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll each ball in sugar
6. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets
7. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 10 - 11 minutes remove quickly from oven
8. Place one chocolate candy kiss into the center of each cookie pointed side down
9. Bake for exactly one minute longer
10. Remove from oven and immediately spread chocolate over each cookie
11. You may want to leave the cookie as is or you may place a butterscotch chip in each one
12. Freezes well
13. Makes 6 - 7 dozen cookies
