Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 c shortening
• 12 c granulated sugar
• 14 c brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c peanut butter
• 1 c sifted flour
• 34 tsp salt
• 12 tsp soda
• 1 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 6 oz peanut butter chips

Directions

1. Combine shortening sugar egg vanilla and peanut butter Add flour salt soda and chip bits Place on cookie sheet about 2-inches apart
2. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
3. Let cool for about 5 minutes then remove from pan Makes about 3 12 dozen
