Peanut Butter Chocolate Squares
Ingredients
- 9 graham crackers oblong size finely crushed
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 2 sticks butter melted
- 1 12 oz jar peanut butter
- 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients
- Press into 9 x 13-inch pan Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave oven
- Spread over peanut butter mixture
- Cool in refrigerator about 30 minutes until edges harden
- Chill again until completely hardened
