Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 sticks margarine
• 1 c peanut butter
• 1 c white sugar
• 1 c brown sugar packed
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp soda
• 2 eggs
• 2 12 c flour

Directions

1. Mix flour salt and baking soda set aside
2. Mix margarine and peanut butter add both kinds of sugar
3. Mix well
4. Add eggs and beat well
5. Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture
6. Drop dough from a teaspoon onto baking sheet
7. Flatten with a fork Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned
8. Yields 4 to 5 dozen
