Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
• 34 c confectioners sugar
• 12 c crunchy peanut butter
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 4 c Cool Whip divided
• 1 chocolate pie crust
• garnish

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy
2. Add peanut butter and milk
3. Beat well
4. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip into the peanut butter mixture
5. Spoon into pie crust
6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until set
