Peanut Butter Creamy Snack

Ingredients

• 13 c sugar
• 5 tsp cornstarch
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 c milk
• 13 c peanut butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine sugar cornstarch and salt in a saucepan Gradually add milk and blend well Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened Cook over low heat and stir 2 minutes longer Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla Pour into individual dessert dishes Cover and chill for 2 hours Makes 4 servings
