Peanut Butter Crumb Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c brown sugar
• 2 12 c sifted flour
• 12 c peanut butter
• 1 tsp salt
• 13 c margarine
• 1 c sour milk
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix brown sugar flour salt and peanut butter Add margarine Mix until mixture is of corn meal consistency
2. Reserve 13 of this for topping about 2 cups
3. Add sour milk baking soda eggs and vanilla
4. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with reserved crumbs
5. Bake 30 minutes at 350
