Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 c white sugar
• 12 c brown sugar
• 12 c peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 14 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Cream together first 5 ingredients Mix flour soda and salt Add to first mixture Roll into 36 balls I use a small cookie scoop Place in mini muffin pan Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes Remove from oven Immediately place peanut butter cup in center of each cookie Let cool completely before removing from pan
