Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 14 c flour
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 12 c smooth peanut butter
• 12 stick soft butter
• 12 c packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 23 c milk

Directions

1. Whisk together flour and baking powder set aside
2. Beat together peanut butter butter and brown sugar
3. Add egg and vanilla beat until fluffy
4. Add flour mixture and milk alternatively beginning and ending with flour until just combined
5. Divide batter among lined muffin cups each cup about 23 full
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes
7. Let cool and frost with Milk Chocolate Icing
