Peanut Butter Custard Pie
Ingredients
- 12 c crunchy peanut butter
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
- 1 3 oz pkg custard mix
- 2 c milk
- 1 c whipped cream or whipped topping
Directions
- Mix peanut butter and sugar until crumbly
- Reserve 14 cup to sprinkle on top of pie
- Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture into baked pie shell
- Prepare the custard filling with milk according to package directions
- Pour into pie shell
- Chill until set
- Beat cream until stiff
- Spread on top of pie Sprinkle with reserved peanut butter mixture
- Serve chilled
