Peanut Butter Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 12 c crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 3 oz pkg custard mix
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 c whipped cream or whipped topping

Directions

  1. Mix peanut butter and sugar until crumbly
  2. Reserve 14 cup to sprinkle on top of pie
  3. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture into baked pie shell
  4. Prepare the custard filling with milk according to package directions
  5. Pour into pie shell
  6. Chill until set
  7. Beat cream until stiff
  8. Spread on top of pie Sprinkle with reserved peanut butter mixture
  9. Serve chilled
