Peanut Butter Delight

Ingredients

• 2 c graham cracker crumbs
• 13 c oleo melted
• 4 pkg Sweet Thing or 13 c sugar
• 8 oz light cream cheese
• 10 pkg Sweet Thing or 1 c 10x sugar
• 1 c peanut butter
• 2 Tbsp skim milk
• 1 16 oz carton Cool Whip

Directions

1. Mix cracker crumbs oleo and Sweet Thing
2. Press into bottom of 9 x 14-inch baking pan
3. Bake 6 to 7 minutes at 350
4. Set aside to cool
5. Mix cream cheese sweetener and milk until light and fluffy
6. Add peanut butter and beat until smooth
7. Fold Cool Whip into peanut butter mixture
8. Pour onto the cold crust
9. Chill 5 to 6 hours
10. Garnish with chopped dry peanuts
