Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 c granulated sugar
- 1 c evaporated milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp white Karo syrup
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions
- Mix sugar milk salt syrup and water
- Cook in iron skillet for best results until mixture forms soft ball in cold water Remove from fire and add peanut butter
- Stir until creamy and loses glazed look
- Pour into lightly greased square cake tin When almost cold cut in squares of 1 inch
